FREIGHT
CHARGES.
We now
charge a flat delivery rate anywhere in Australia of $10 for most
items on our site ( up to a weight of approx 20 kgs). This includes
guitars ( with or without a case),effects units,recording
hardware accessories etc.There is an excess
weight charge that applies to heavier items (such as guitar amps
and speaker boxes) and this is added on at checkout ( shown as a
packing cost).
Please note: :A uniform freight system
is used for customer ease but is, in no way, an exact indication of
real freight cost.If you require shipping to a remote
location, you will be contacted, so a mutually agreeable
freight charge can be negotiated before Drummers Paradise
can process that order.
We ship
with TNT road express or registered post to your door and all items
are fully insured. For orders outside Australia P.O.A. (price on
application) applies...email us for a
quote
HOW
TO ORDER:
You can
order anything from our site in three ways:
1.Online - for credit card payments only
Just add items to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout and
then complete and the Online Order Form including secure credit
card details. We will contact you to discuss colour/finish
preferences ( if necessary) and arrange a delivery time that
suits.
We accept
Mastercard/Visa/Amex/Diners/Bankcard.
2.Phone Orders
Call Guitar Paradise direct on +613 94297771 for prompt phone
ordering with a real person.
3.Direct Deposit
You can transfer money from your account to ours by doing a
direct deposit by way of phone banking, net banking or by going to
your local bank.( please fax us a copy of the deposit slip if
possible ).

REFUND
POLICY.
If you are not 100% happy we offer
refund in the form of exchange only. A credit
for the full purchase amount ( not including freight charge) is
given to be used for any other item in our store. Credits are only
given if the products:
- have a
fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of
purchase
- do not
do the job the customer was led to believe they would
- do not
match a sample they were shown
- aren't
as they were described
A credit
will not be given if:
- no proof
of purchase is offered
- the
customer simply changes their mind
- the
customer bought them for someone else who doesn't want
them
- the
goods have been damaged after the purchase
- the
goods were ordered in specially for the customer
All
returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the
original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's
manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse.
